All our items comes with 12 months warranty from the day of purchase. Warranty only covers manufacture defect. All other damages caused by wear and tear or any abnormal use of the product are not covered by this warranty. You need to contact us and provide a proof of purchase. Without a proof of purchased, you cannot claim for this warranty.
Buyers need to report any issues, problems, damages or defects to us within 14 days after receiving the item. We are happy to offer a replacement or give a full refund for any defective or dead on arrival (DOA) items. The buyer need to contact us within 14 days to return any non-defective items for refund. To return the item, you must send it in its original condition and packaging, otherwise we cannot accept this return for refund. Please note that buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges when returning an item.
All information collected from the buyer will be use solely for invoicing, shipping and correspondence only. All email addresses will be included in our weekly subscriptions and can be removed from the subscription list upon request by the owner.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers. We send the item within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Any PayPal E-Cheque is subject for clearance and item will not be sent until the payment is cleared. Delivery times are average and successful delivery is guaranteed within 3-6 business days. Be mindful that you may experience some delay during holiday seasons and on Public Holidays.
